Guanabana's accessories are handcrafted by artisans using the traditional iraca weaving technique, typical to Colombia. Iraca, or toquilla straw, is a natural fiber that comes from the Carludovica palmata, from whose leaves fine threads are obtained then dyed to give them natural color. Once the threads are dry, they are woven.
