DUE TO COVID 19 EXPRESS DELIVERY IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME
With standard delivery you will receive your order within 1-3 working days and a signature is always required upon receipt. Shipping is free within the UK and Channel Islands for orders over £150.
European delivery - £8.00 (please allow up to 21 days) a signature will be required.
United States of America & the rest of the World - £24.00 ( please allow up to 21 days as customs can hold packages for up to 14 days ) a signature will be required upon receipt. Orders over £150 qualify for Free Shipping.
OVERSEAS PURCHASES; Please note all transactions are carried out Sterling to Sterling.
IMPORT DUTIES/TAX; Any duties and or taxes that your country implements are your responsibility and NOT that of STIL Lifestyle.
INSURANCE & RECEIVING YOUR GOODS; Goods are insured by STIL Lifestyle in transit. All goods must be signed for by you the purchaser and upon signing, the responsibility of insurance passes to you the customer.
SIGNATURE; Stil Lifestyle will send all orders with a fully tracked and signed for service. If the receiver authorizes the chosen courier or Royal Mail to leave the package in a safe place or to redirect the package and as a result of this no signature is collected from the receiver, the receiver agrees at the point of authorizing the courier/ Royal Mail to change the delivery instruction from STIL Lifestyle, to take full responsability for any loss or damage to the package.
Returns are free for domestic orders over £150 and returns labels will be included in your package. For orders under £150 please send your return to;

Please ensure that you send the item 'Sign for' as we cannot be responsible for lost packages.
Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must have any tags attached and it must be in it's original packaging.
To complete your return, we require the original receipt or proof of purchase so please ensure that this is included in the return.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Returns Shipping & Costs;
Free returns on UK orders over the value of £150*.
Europe and Rest of World, you are responsible for return shipping costs and sending the item back to us - we advise strongly that you send it tracked and with a signature required as we cannot be held respobsible for lost packages.

*UK Shipping costs on SALE items are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will not be added to your refund.
Please allow 3-7 working days for a refund to be processed.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.
Late or missing refunds;
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 16 Hartfield Road East Sussex GB RH18 5DN. Please ensure that the item is sent 'Sign for' as we cannot be responsible for lost packages.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
