With standard delivery you will receive your order within 3 – 5 working days. Available within the UK and Channel Islands

Standard European delivery - £8.00  (please allow up to 21 days) a signature will be required.

United States of America & the rest of the world  - £24.00  ( please allow up to 21 days ) a signature will be required.

OVERSEAS PURCHASES; please note all transactions are carried out Sterling to Sterling.

IMPORT DUTIES/TAX that your country implements are your responsibility and NOT that of STIL Lifestyle.

INSURANCE; goods are insured by STIL Lifestyle in transit. All goods must be signed for by you the purchaser and upon signing, the responsibility of insurance passes to you the customer.

Please inform us if you would like your item(s) gift wrapped. 



Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must have any tags attached and it must be in it's original packaging.

To complete your return, we require the original receipt or proof of purchase so please ensure that this is included in the return.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customercare@stil-lifestyle.com and send your item to: 16 Hartfield Road East Sussex GB RH18 5DN.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.


Once you have notified us of a return, please post the item using a recorded service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the item. ( September 2018-December 2018 we are offering FREE returns on purchases over £75.

Shipping Costs:

You will be responsible initially for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs on NON-SALE items will be paid by STIL and credited with your refund to the original payment method used. The shipping cost will be that which is quoted by the Royal Mail for the size and weight of the parcel.

Shipping costs on SALE items are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will not be added to your refund.
