MORNING MOSS MATCHA SMOOTHIE

 

This yummy green smoothie is a nutritional powerhouse! Matcha offers an energy boost and is packed full of antioxidants, coconut water aids hydration and ginger helps fight inflammation. Hemp seeds are rich in protein and healthy fatty acids which help to protect both brain and heart functions. We use Moss Matcha as it's Ceramonial Grade and the best qulity we can find in the UK.

Ingredients: 

2 teaspoons of Moss Matcha

1 cup of baby spinach

2 teaspoons of fresh ginger

2  bananas

2 teaspoons lemon juice
 
1½ cup of coconut water or Almond milk
 
4 teaspoons of Hemp seeds
  
Instructions:
Simply add all ingredients to a nutri bullet or similar and blitz until smooth then sprinkle with the Hemp seeds and or a sprinkle of Matcha. I like to break my fast with this around 1pm on days that I work from home. So delicious and filling too.
