A luxurious way to aid a good night’s rest, this calming concoction combines grounding vetiver, camomile and sandalwood to sooth and relax the mins to help feel relaxed … and subsequently drift off. It was one of the first products created by Aromatherapy Associates co-founder Geraldine Howard following her own struggles with getting to sleep. Wanting something above and beyond the customary sprinkling of lavender oil, this blend was born out of Geraldine’s studies in aromatherapy, she selected the key essential oils known to facilitate sleep.
