-Ingredients and directions:
-French green clay, hand-harvested French grey sea salt.
-It's a nice part of this ritual to drink a few glasses of water before your soak. Fill your tub with warm water and add around 4oz of seaweed salt. Swirl with your hand to fully dissolve ingredients. Once you are in the bath add the clay powder.
Soak for up to 20 minutes, keeping the water at a consistent temperature. Then just relax while the minerals begin to work. Once finished, lightly rinse off the clay and pat dry but don’t shower. Wrap yourself in a towel and rest for 15-30 minutes as your body continues the detoxification through perspiration. Try and use once a week.
